(Examples of drawings I've done: Annie Hughes, Black Canary, Nani)
Option B: Would you guys prefer if I draw the characters in my own way but keep the "heart" of the source material there?
(Examples of drawings I've done: Chicha Comic, Ann Possible Comic, Maleficent Set)
Option C: Draw the characters in how I would see fit. My style
(Examples of drawings I've done: Dexter's Mom, My OC's, Urbosa)
Option D: Just keep doing what I'm doing, everythings great, no matter the style. Perhaps just alternate between the source and yours.
Bit of a hard question, but I'd like to know what your guys' preferences are at. Not saying I'll commit to one of these, I'm just rather curious. It's mostly because I don't know if I'll do a PURE source material version of the character or my take on the character when I do end up drawing certain characters. Kinda like my decision on Dexter's Mom. Perhaps I'll have some art pieces that do the source versions and others that have my takes! I think that sounds good.
