Act 2 Finale UPDATE

As you probably know by now, the development time for each Midwest Angelica episode can fluctuate widely depending on what takes priority in life at any given moment. And as you have seen, production for the finale of Act 2 has been severely delayed. But don't worry, the episode is still expected to release by June at the very least. There are extra pieces to this puzzle that need to be orchestrated, and we need time to schedule them and execute on our vision.

The tape, which contains the third recording created by Lucan, was found to be property of an entirely separate organization. This tape was found alongside another tape that contains footage from Lucan as well as footage from Dr. Gamma Churchill.

The tape is the second created by Marcus Lucan in late May to early June of 1999. Both were found during a Japanese official investigation in 2001, and they were thought to have been leaked by a former CIA operative. Two other tapes created by Lucan have since been found, though they weren't included in the original leak.

The tape was discovered during a routine dive into the Kansas City Major Cavity. A few other partially intact objects were discovered during the dive as well, including various computational devices. The tape's contents seem to have carried some greater significance to the Starkill.

Hey folks, as some of you pointed out, the voice acting seems to be a bit off in the latest episode, "b a b y l o n." To be completely clear, that's because I (angeltempo) did all of the voice acting and then used what is essentially an AI-powered voice changer to change the voices. Now, I know AI is a VERY dirty word in creative spaces, and for good reason. I am completely against AI visual art and I think the use of stolen work for training data is at the very least morally wrong.
