Small changes to tiers...

For now, I've cut the lowest tier ($1 supporter) because no one has signed up for it. I've also lowered the maximum number of people in the "Early Adopters" because I'm still figuring out what I want to do with it. Hopefully, those are minor changes, and I hope to have it all planned out at the start of the new year.
