I've only just started this video and the unedited nature combined with the production is an appreciated change of pace towards content that is clearly cared about and taken seriously.

2024-10-28 01:47:53 +0000 UTCMy guess is core strength, you get dizzy cause you're blood gets spread thin and pulled from the brain/important parts, if I remember correctly. Thinking about people who deal with G force(astronauts/pilots), who have to train to tighten their body to not pass out, I assume it's something similar with the spinning.
