1. Spankytown College will get a new teacher plus 2 students, and will miss a nerd girl.
2. The Caning Institute will get 4 new students.
3. What the hell is Emo Bruce doing there? He should be training to become the BatEmo!
Both interpretations are correct and the answer to the question is complicated.
My biggest challenge for in this first new phase of Quest for Spankytown will be merging it with Spankytown College.
Ps. If somebody misses Nancy, don't worry. She will get her role.

There will be substitute teachers, but not them as it wouldn't fit to the story....
