DFTM3 Screenplay
Added 2023-11-02 19:15:36 +0000 UTCIf anyone's interested, here's the script for DONT FEED THE MUSE 3. Some things got changed in the production, most notably the TV playing in the old man's room was changed from LATE NIGHT SNACK to TIME TRAVEL TROUBLE.
I decided to make this post public for everyone not just patrons in case anyone wants to use it for analysis purposes. Feel free to share it!

A couple reasons. I was worried the more casual audience wouldn't remember what LNS is, especially since if you didn't watch the actual film I really only show a small part of it for a few seconds in DFTM1. I also wanted the film the old man watched to represent something Alex made truly because of his passion and personal enjoyment to tie in with the overall themes, but rewatching the scenes from DFTM1 there's nothing that really tells you that Alex even enjoyed making LNS, just that he's sad people didn't like it. The film from young Alex works without any prior knowledge and you get more of a sense of just 2 kids goofing around and having a good time making something stupid for themselves. I also wanted the cat to be voiced by someone from the film, and I figured a young kids voice would be a bit more recognizable than the female actress in LNS.
