digital download: recipe cards! and a chocolate chip cookie recipe

Happy Sunday everyone! I've been drawing so much baking stuff recently, that I thought it'd be fun to include these little baking cards as digital downloads!
There are two different colors and I've provided printable versions for both A4 and Letter size paper 😊
Also, I finally have the long awaited Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe for you! They're super easy and quick to make AND they're vegan friendly too 😁
Chunky Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
1 ¾ cups flour
½ cup white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup vegan butter or coconut oil (melted)
¼ cup non-dairy milk
½ cup brown sugar
1 bar of dark baking chocolate (100g or 3.5 oz)
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
2) Chop up chocolate bar into large rough chunks.
3) Whisk together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in a large bowl.
4) In a separate bowl, mix together melted butter, non-dairy milk, vanilla extract and brown sugar.
5) Add the combined wet ingredients into dry and mix together with a spatula.
6) Add in the chocolate chunks and use your hands to combine.
7) Roll cookies into round, flat-ish ovals and place them on a parchment lined baking sheet leaving space between them.
8) Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
9) Serve hot with ice cream or save them to enjoy later!
