His captor watches in silence, a faint grin as he lowers a strange helmet over the man’s head.
Lights pulse, steady and deep, echoing like a heartbeat as waves ripple through the captive’s mind. His thoughts twist, slow, and bend under the rhythmic surge. The device works its spell, reshaping what resists, molding what remains.
When the hum finally fades, the struggle is gone.
The man’s eyes are blank; calm, obedient. The trick has been played… and the captor now has his treat.
This short comic strip is a follow-up to a horror sketch I did in . It was more as an "exercise" for me to test some ways of coloring before doing the final touches to the soon to be completed Nightwing comic at the same time to post more Halloween themed stuff this month.
I also want to thank everyone for their patience while I continue working on the Nightwing project. Between school and refining my coloring process, it’s been a busy time, but I’m taking my time to make sure it comes out just right.
Thank you all for sticking with me and supporting my work. Stay tuned, the next project is going to be worth the wait 💙👾
P.S. don’t forget to comment what’s on your mind, I’ll read y’all ;)
