The beginning contains personal attention triggers and this little teddy bear I got from Target awhile back. (SO RELAXINGGGG) I'll literally sit after filming and tap or spin around the little beads LOL. LMK your thoughts and or experiences with a few of these topics!

the tapping on the bear at the beginning was sooo good! I love cruises , I just went on one for my 23rd birthday. Though it helps that I’ve never been sea sick. I felt safe the whole time and they had these huge life boats so that put my mind at ease.
