We wanted to share a little behind-the-scenes update with y'all.

When we first launched Patreon, we started doing monthly shout-outs for new and current patrons because it felt personal and fun, and honestly, we never imagined the Patch would grow the way it has. Watching this space flourish has meant the world to us, and we are endlessly grateful for every single one of you who chooses to support what we do here.

That said (we're being super transparent here), keeping up with shout-outs has become A LOT more complicated than we expected. Patreon’s list isn’t always fully accurate in real time, pumpkins come and go between billing cycles, and we’ve noticed it’s getting harder to make sure we’re shouting out the right people at the right time without accidentally missing someone or shouting someone out twice when there's over six thousand of you popping in to party at the patch. The last thing we want is to do these shoutouts in a way that feels messy or unfair or unorganized.

Because of that, we’re going to pause monthly patron shout-outs for now while we figure out a more sustainable (and accurate!!) way to celebrate you all properly. This isn’t a goodbye to shout-outs forever, just a little regroup so we can do it right.

Please know this has nothing to do with appreciation. Your support is felt every single day. You keep the lights on, the movies rolling, the good times flowing and you keep the pumpkins petty and we never take that lightly.

Thank you for understanding, for being patient with us, and for being such a kind, supportive community. We promise to keep you posted once we land on a better system that works for everyone 🧡🎃
