With the last shootings I made, I'm practicing retouching the photos directly on the new MacBook and in Lightroom.
I feel this makes things easier and quicker.
This new workflow should optimise my productivity in the post production phase, I just need to understand if the quality of the work is going to be up to standards with every skin type my models might present...
Also, it is easier to work well now that I'm on holiday and I have plenty of time at my disposal, I will have to check how it goes in the long run and whilst I'm doing my day to day job.
On the other hand, I have numerous older shootings that I have already extracted and just need to be retouched with Photoshop, and those are going to be finished in the old way, like this one of Martina, our 16th together, from December 2022.
I don't think we're going to spot any significant difference between the two workflows, if anything, I hope for a slight improvement in quality and speed of processing...
