Starting a new chapter

Hi everyone, Grand Sage here.
It has been a while but I hope you are all doing well.
My deepest apologies for the lack of news these past 6 months (it's crazy how time flies) I've read all your comments and messages while I was "away" and it was so heart-warming, I didn't know what I'd say when coming back... but I guess a sincere thank you would be a good start.

Now, my new job and -dare I say- “new life” have been pretty challenging regarding my time management. So forgive the dry tone of this post, but there are a lot of important points to cover and I’d rather not dilly-dally, I’ve taken enough time as it is. I'll be 100% transparent; I don’t have more than 1 or 2 hours of free-time a day on my PC any more, which is why I need to simplify everything about my online presence if I want to resume Art.

ONLINE PRESENCE

My DeviantArt and Artstation page will eventually be terminated. Deviantart makes me a bit sad because it is where I initially started as “Grand Sage”, and I’ve met wonderful people there… but their stance on AI is too problematic and harmful to the community. I can’t bring myself to upload anything there any more. I could see myself using Inkblot, and HF a bit more from now on, but we’ll see. (I'll put links in my next posts so you guys know where to find me moving forward.)

I will keep my Patreon open, but with a lot of changes regarding the tiers and rewards (that I'll explain in further details below) And since I cannot even guarantee one illustration every month, this page will have to be considered like a tip-jar and nothing more.

My Twitter accounts; SFW and NSFW, will also stay as they were.

So starting now, here is what you WILL find on this page :

• SFW & NSFW illustrations in Full resolution :

  This is what will change the least overall, and will be 99% of what I’ll post here.

• Personal projects :

  Tutorials, music, games, story ideas… the 1% left will basically be anything remotely creative that I’d say is worth sharing.

And here is what you WILL NOT find on this page any more :

• Exclusive content :

  The content on this page will not be exclusive to Patreon. Most of it will probably also appear on Inkblot, HF, or even both. I’ll also leave most posts public so even free Patreon followers can see them. (Just not the NSFW stuff, to follow Patreon's guidelines.)

• Original files :

  Organizing every illustration in such a specific way, for such a small portion of people wouldn’t really be worth the time. If I ever think about sharing a technique in the future, I’ll try to make a proper tutorial.

• Polls :

  I will only draw whatever I feel like drawing, whenever I can work on it. 

• Sketch commissions :

  Unfortunately, I just don't have the time for any type of commission at the moment. I'd love to do some more at some point, but I can't make any promises.

Coming next

Now that you know this page will resume, here is another very important thing :

Billing will resume at the beginning of June.
And before it does, all tiers other than the "Blueberry Macaron (1$)" will be deleted. 

I am not 100% sure what deleting a tier does for people who subscribed to it, so be ready to maybe get an email saying you can't access everything you used to any more...

I hope you won’t be too disappointed with all these changes, but know that if you’re thinking of leaving or even staying as a free follower, that would be absolutely cool with me. So, feel free to switch or leave before billing resumes. And if you have any question about all the points I mentioned, I will gladly answer them.

Now, my next post is coming very soon (Remember when you guys voted for a Karlach illustration ? Pepperidge farm remembers...)

I'll just need to finish a few elements here and there, and make a proper post.
