Chapter Debrief | Session 𝓢eventy

Hi Lusties. I hope everyone's week is going well so far:) Let's debrief chapter seventy together.

A lot more was revealed in this chapter, especially regarding the power Monroe's parent's have access too. It's more difficult than getting federal approval. Certain states have to agree as well, which Monroe's parents have clearly already thought through.

Also, Monroe mentioning going public? It was a little surprising when Liberty shut that idea down.

The starting scene definitely didn't go in the direction we all assumed. Monroe had a breakdown, which was really sad to witness. Liberty was incredibly understanding to, and did so good by mentioning how Monroe fixed her, so now she fixes Monroe. It definitely helped snap Ro out of the episode. It was just so sad to witness with both of them.

Monroe is definitely struggling a lot right now, especially with her parents making decisions for her (taking her control), then Leon threatening not just Monroe but Liberty at the dinner table. It's clearly affecting our Ro Ro.

Also, it was nice that Liberty found out a little more about Monroe's dynamic with her past arrangements. It was always more detached than she has been with Liberty, and that clearly helped reassure her a lot.

I think the real star of this chapter was the intimate scene they shared where Liberty wanted to show Monroe a "bigger difference".

It was one of the rawest and most intimate scenes they've had so far. Liberty was scared that it was too much for Monroe, but she ended up wanting to do it daily.

Also, Liberty enduring a 6 am run for Monroe was so cute, especially with Monroe insisting how she knows every detail about Liberty, and that running isn't something she loves. Libs cares so much about Ro Ro, and is worried about her being alone anywhere within that estate.

The scene with them stretching was also one of my favorites, and then Monroe threatening to edge Liberty if she stops running. It was pretty funny, especially when Libs complained about her legs hurting and being out of breath, and Monroe said "That's never stopped you from finishing before."

We love sassy Ro😭

Also, the ending was very wholesome, especially when Monroe found out why Liberty really wanted to run with her, and even insisted on carrying her back.
