2025-02-11 22:52:01 +0000 UTCYeah, I think - as we've said many times - some moviegoers just don't do animation, which is fine. Others are overly opinionated about it. I think this movie balances lots of great things, and while it's not perfect, it sure as hell is entertaining!

2025-02-08 22:02:20 +0000 UTCI loved this movie when I saw it in the cinema but was also too tired to realise just how great it was ... I still thought it was great but lack of energy dulled it a little. I think (hope) that most people who had an issue with it was because of the Anime-ness of the style which is fine (not my opinion but valid). It's difficult for any other LOTR stuff due to the quaility of the originals, although that said there were/are critisms of the original Peter Jackson movies ... No Tom Bombadil etc. (some people just like to complain, especially for views/upvotes etc) 48% is BS ... or more acurately "I strongly disagree" with that rating :D Edit - you guys totally should be rotten tomatoes reviewers!!
