Hello Beautiful,

To be honest, I don't quite know how to tag this one, which is why the tags are pretty scarce.

But, this one is based off of the winner of the content poll:

"Listener moves into a new apartment and is charmed by her handsome, big headed new neighbour but quickly learns that the walls are paper thin and he is not subtle about his nighttime activities"

So! Here I am with the first SFW(ish) part of that!

I won't get toooo into the details, since it's more fun for you to just listen!

However I will say that if you like the idea of moving into a new apartment in east Toronto and having your new next door neighbour bake you a banana walnut loaf, put your bed frame together, and teach you to play dice, then I think you'll like this one!

Just so you know, I have some kind of unhinged plans for part 2 based off of some crazy things I said in a RF at some point. I don't remember which one but...
