The Big Reveal: An Exciting Update About My Creative Journey

Hey everyone!

Tomorrow's the big day, and I wanted to share something with you before it goes public—the artist name that I've chosen. You've heard me tease my artist name on our livestreams together, and I thought it was fitting to reveal it to you on the eve of our first big Kickstarter.

Here we go: I'm adopting RC Helix as my artist name.

It’s a decision I’ve put a lot of thought into, and I’m excited to finally share it. Honestly, I was nervous. It's hard choosing a name for yourself. So I hope you think it's as cool (and fitting) as I do.

You've all been such a key part of my journey, and it’s important to me that you hear this first. This change reflects the direction of my work with Flux Destiny and the Flux Fantasy TTRPG, and I’m really excited about the future.

Artists often choose a new name when they’re starting a new chapter, and for me, this shift to RC Helix is something I’ve always wanted to do. As we move into the mainline Flux Destiny series, this name represents a fresh start and unique identity that ties with Herohelix, my indie studio.

You can start calling me RC, but no pressure—I know it’ll take time to get used to, and it’s totally fine if you still call me Chris. I appreciate your support as I move into this new chapter in my own creative journey.

Any help you can be in informing other fans who might be confused during this process would mean a lot to me. I'll be sharing updates on socials soon about it.
