Other body parts for Kozmo: hands (that turn his own pots?), Bigfoot's feet shaped or clown shoe shaped feet that stick out of Kosmo lower part and serve as control pedals (actually you could probably make those easier without 3D printing). Custom case or case decorations (e.g. 3D LMNC logo) for the next standalone synthesizer module giveaway. You could possibly also sell 3D LMNC logos, either directly printed live during one of your streams or cast in resin, pewter or aluminum from a 3D printed mold. The possibilities are endless.
