Perhaps soon, by the end of the month, I will switch to (boosty.to) - and while I haven't done that, check out this link! They say that fans from abroad can pay for subscriptions there and artists can receive money! But I will also continue to post content here for some time - perhaps patreon will find a solution for artists from Russia!
