Pose Camera Plugin + Example Scene

As this is my first release of a scene it's not including any dependencies except my own plugins and the previously missing hand relax morph. It wasn't that hard and from now on I will create more scenes because it's a good way to set it up.

Added the new Pose Camera plugin (You may see this as an early access)

This plugin is mainly for Desktop for content creators but can be used for interesting desktop recordings in VR as well (Not recommended because of the performance hit)

I will make some tutorials and videos about how to use this later on but feel free to try it out if you want.

The PoseCamera.cs file should be attached to the WindowCamera.
Press M button to switch to the WindowCamera
Double click on hand, feet etc to attach/detach the ropes (if the rope plugin is active)
Move the WindowCamera with WASD + QE buttons, Right mouse button and scrollwheel
Press key 1-7 for quick distance changes.
B button for depth of field toggle (Thank you MacGruber!)
T button for switch target if you have multiple characters on screen
+ / - on numpad for creating and removing lights that automatically should follow the person.
Hold Ctrl for Rotate
Hold Shift for "ground-plane" moving
Ctrl-Z for Undo!
Ctrl-Y for Redo!
