That's why arguing about the age of fictional characters is just silly any way you look at it, we end up arguing if Zombie is legal or not and even if we get to a consensus they're still fictional, zombies are obviously not real so there's no reason to question the morality of said scenario when it's NEVER going to happen IRL XP And I think Rottytops is not claimed because she's more niche, more people know about Shantae than Rotty, and they care less about taking her down... I guess? The person that supposedly made the claims might be not that obsessed about Rotty maybe.

However, if this one can be allowed on DA is a bit of a tricky question considering the whole debacle that has been happening recently. On one hand, the Shantae Wiki claims that Rotty is about the same age as Shantae, but she is undead, making her many years older, wich could explain why none of your Rotty pieces have been removed from the site, including the lewd ones. However, her human form is supposed to be her before death, yet it has remained in the Underworld for years as well. Maybe it will work if you write some sort of disclaimer that says something along the lines of "Characters depicted as 18+".
