The digital manga also uses "Immo" as his name, but the physical release uses "Fushi". Fushi is the better sounding name for sure

I just became a Patron since the FruBa content on YouTube got axed by copyright, but dude, if I knew you were continuing To Your Eternity on here, I would've pledged much sooner! I just read the manga up to where I assume season 2 will end when that comes next year. Beware of manga spoilers for real!!

Fushi literally made bland radish soup LMAO Ohhhh that's why he has a gut because of the alcohol the old numb nuts put in him makes sense now I WANNA SEE GUGU'S FACE what they can show us Fushi with his face torn off but not what gugu looks like? FUSHI NO THAT'S SO MUCH SALT LMAO "am i really that scary?" I DON'T KNOW CUZ THE ANIME WONT STOP TEASING wait....why is Fushi being translated to Immo....i know it means Immortal but like....if their saying Fushi put Fushi as the translation not Immo XD man translators are weird in how they are different depending on what site ur watching on

Brimmy

"I learned" that's it that's the entire anime

I love the moments characters realize that Fuschi is growing as a person

The story feels like one big journey growing up, with an Immortal being. It resonated with me too but for different reasons, I related to Gugu so much because he's an outcast. For me at least dealing with mental health problems and disorders there's just a very deep poignancy behind seeing Gugu leave the shop and try to face the world as he is. In addition to that, he did something good, and his good deed (saving Rean) ended up hurting him, but he still tries to keep going and he doesn't resent anyone for it, it's just how things happened and he keeps moving. There's something really beautiful about that, not to mention Fushi coming in at the end and him saying that he's "so much more awesome as a monster" The show definitely has a lot of great themes it tackles and I like how everyone finds something they latch onto in it

So the funny thing is, there are two major themes that define my childhood; sisterhood and poverty. As a kid I looked over my sisters a lot and cared for them almost like a mother, and at the same time I was living in extreme poverty. So this show has really resonated with me, cuz like with the first arc I'm relating to Parona, this person who'd do anything for her little sister figure. Then with this arc I'm relating to Gugu, at least the part of his story that pertains to class struggle, that feeling that you can work as hard as possible but you still only get scraps. There's a lot of great commentary in this show that really resonates with me

Gugu for president, Gugu for mayor, Gugu for world leader, Gugu for MVP, Gugu for everything. Dude is literally the male Tohru, not in being similar to her in personality but in just being literally Jesus, just amazing at everything and everyone he meets grows to love him.

Gugu deserves the world
