Right now we can't as it requires us to enter every node of the foreplay disposition into each disposition. Its a huge task to do but we will look into it in the future (including for other characters).

Also, I wanted to mention that with Esme, if you choose to go out on the boat, you can only go straight to the sex scene. None of the text-based foreplay options are available anymore. Could you guys fix this?
