1年以上前に予約していたフィギュアが勝手に強制キャンセルされてしまって専用ケースとターンテーブルを眺める日々を過ごしている、うおたちです！ 予約とはなんなんだろう…… (哲学) 。

- メイン投稿のリクエストを募集します！
リクエストを13日くらいまで募集します！キャラクター、衣装、背景、シーン (参考程度) 、使用モデル (デフォルトで最新モデル / 変更は非推奨) のリクエストを募集していますので、自由に組み合わせてお気軽にコメントに記載してみてくださいね～。
❇️継続支援を行っている方は、先月と同じ内容が今月に引き継がれていますが、手動引き継ぎなので、念のために記載いただけると助かります。
⚠️環境と学習方法の変更に伴いモデルV2シリーズは非推奨となりました。指定はできますが最新の学習方法と比較すると学習精度や生成品質は落ちます。
⚠️リクエストはコミッションではなく、キャラクター以外の要素に関しては作品への反映を必ず保証するものではありません。またリクエストが多すぎる場合は抽選になる場合もあります。リクエストのさらなる詳細やルールについては「ウェルカムメッセージ」をご覧ください。

- アニメーションのリクエストを募集します！
こちらも同じく13日くらいまで募集します！キャラクター、シーン（参考程度) 、衣装 (試験的) を自由に組み合わせてお気軽にコメントしてみてくださいね。
試験的なもので、5～10秒程度のループアニメーションになるかと思います。また学習方法や生成方法がやや特殊なため、マイナーなキャラクターは大きな破綻の発生の原因となってしまいます。Danbooru ( https://danbooru.donmai.us/ ) に1000枚以上のイラストがあればおそらく問題ありません。

⚠️現状、アニメーションリクエストは🌟プラン以上の方限定で募集しております。メイン投稿と並行してのリクエストが可能です。

- コメント・メッセージなどの遅延
諸事情でこの活動と本業の仕事に加え、12月まで副業を行います。スケジュールはなるべく余裕を持って行う予定ですが、普段以上にコメントやメッセージの返信は遅れる可能性が高いです。申し訳ないです。

- アンケートの実施
支援者さん向けに各作品のイラスト枚数や投稿頻度などに関するアンケートを実施予定です。優先順位が低く作成が遅れております。もうしばらくお待ちください……。

▽そのほか

- モデルV3シリーズを更新しました
現在の環境向けに最適化を行いました。
またアートスタイルに関して今回はかなり思い切って調整しています。もし違和感などがあればコメントでいただけると嬉しいです～。
モデルV4シリーズの開発は進んでおりません。GPUサーバーの価格が高騰してしまったため手を出しにくくなってしまいました……。副業の状況によりますが、11月をめどに再開する予定です。
先月も書いたかもしれません。V2シリーズは平行して使用可能ですが、学習の精度の都合でV3をメインに使用していくとは思います。リクエストで明示的に指定されている場合はなるべく使えるようにしてみます。

いつも通り、余談です。最近はBonusにあまり書けていないので少し長くなりがちですね笑。

お元気にお過ごしでしょうか？気がつけばもう8月が過ぎ去ってしまっていました。暦の上ではもう秋なんですよね。しかしながらいまだに烈しい日差しと熱気に包まれています。夏の余韻というにはあまりにも本格的過ぎます。
私はというと、最近は少し忙しい日々を過ごしています。副業の仕事は屋外での作業のため、夜明けすぎに働き始めて太陽が本格的に活動し始めると仕事を終えて家路につく。シャワーを浴びて朝食を摂り本業に取り掛かる……といったような生活です。
汗だくで帰宅して毎日のように洗濯物の山をこしらえています。本当に洗濯機はよく頑張ってくれています。夏の隠れた家電のヒーローです。

この夏に人に話すような特別な思い出があったかと問われれば……正直答えに詰まってしまいますね。
どこかに出かけたわけでもなく、誰かと会ったわけでもなく。記憶に残るのは、数日の検査入院、津波警報による避難、そして……予約していたフィギュアのトラブルでしょうか笑。

しかしながら、この活動の制作環境は大きな変化がありましたね！
これまでは外部のGPUサーバーに頼りながら制作をしてきましたが、常に小さな制約が伴っていました。作業をするたびに発生する遅延、モデルのデータを読み込むために何時間もかかる転送時間、使用時間を気にしなければいけない従量課金など……。作業の合間ごとに小さな段差で自転車を降りて押すようなそんな感覚でした。
今では、自分の環境の中でほとんどの作業を完結できるようになりました。本当に皆さんのおかげです。いつも本当にありがとうございます！思い立った瞬間に取りかかれるというのは本当にいいものです……。

それから、冒頭で書いていたミカのフィギュアの件ですが……。
本当にこのフィギュアを楽しみにこの1年を過ごしてきたので、さすがに無視することはできませんでした。
文字通りに天を仰ぎ頭を抱えましたが、Amazonのサポートに連絡した末なんとか購入できることになりました。対応は少しだけもやもやするものでしたが、結果的には迎えられることになったのでよかったと思うことにします。
ええ、紆余曲折ありましたがあと数日の辛抱です。無事にお迎えできることを期待しています。もうこりごりなので、今後はフィギュアの専門ショップを利用します……笑。

こうして思い返すと外の世界での出来事はさほど多くなくても、新しい制作環境を整えたこと、今後やりたいことのために副業を始めたこと、小さな体験や気づきを積み重ねたことなど。華やかさこそないものの、夏の思い出と呼べるものなのかもしれませんね。
思えば、創作や仕事をしていると「自分は何も進んでいないのでは」と感じる瞬間が多々あります。しかし後から振り返れば、遠回りや失敗でさえ一段の階段として積み重なっているものです。もし崩れてしまったときも経験として自分の中に残り、またすぐに組み直すことができる……そうやって少しずつ登っていくのかもしれません。

少し長くなってしまいましたね……笑。

いつも本当にありがとうございます。残暑や秋の始まりを感じるようなそういった作品を少しでも作れればと思っています。もちろんそれ以外でも大歓迎です！たくさんのリクエストをお待ちしておりますね～！

A figure I reserved over a year ago was forcibly canceled without my consent, so I've just been spending my days gazing at the empty display case and turntable, this is Fisharific!

- Taking Requests!
As usual, I am accepting requests until around 13th! Currently, I am open to requests for character, outfit, background, scene, and which model to use (default is the latest model / changing it is not recommended). Feel free to leave your requests in the comments~.
❇️For those who are continuing their support, last month's content has been carried over to this month, but since it's done manually, it would be helpful if you could mention it just in case.
⚠️Due to changes in my environment and training methods, the V2 model series is now not recommended. You can still specify it, but compared to the latest training methods, the learning accuracy and generation quality are lower.
⚠️Requests are not commissions, and I cannot guarantee that elements other than the character will be reflected in the work. Also, if there are too many requests, I might have to do a lottery. For more details and rules about requests, please check the "Welcome Notes".

- Taking Requests for animations!
Also accepting these until around the 13th! Feel free to mix and match characters, scenes (as a reference), and outfits (experimental) and leave a comment~.
This is experimental, and they'll probably be 5-10 second loop animations. Also, because the training method is a bit special, minor characters might cause major distortions. If the character has over 1000 illustrations on Danbooru ( https://danbooru.donmai.us/ ), it should probably be fine.
❇️The model will be fixed to the V3 series.
⚠️Currently, animation requests are only for those on the 🌟 tier and above. You can request these alongside a main post request.

- Delays in comments or messages
Due to various circumstances, on top of this activity and my main job, I'll be doing a side job until December. I'm trying to keep my schedule as flexible as possible, but replies to comments and messages will likely be even slower than usual. I'm sorry.

- Conducting a survey
I'm planning to conduct a survey for supporters about the number of illustrations per work, posting frequency, etc. It's low priority so its creation is delayed. Please wait a little longer…

- Updated the V3 model series
I optimized it for my current environment.
I also made some pretty bold adjustments to the art style this time. If anything feels off, I'd be happy to hear about it in the comments~.
Development on the V4 model series hasn't progressed. The price of GPU servers has skyrocketed, making it difficult to get into...
Depending on how the side job goes, I'm aiming to restart around November.
Well, I might have written this last month too. The V2 series can still be used in parallel, but due to learning accuracy, I think I'll mainly use V3. If it's explicitly specified in a request, I'll try to make it work.

As usual, here's some segue. I haven't been writing much in the [Bonus] post lately, so this tends to get a bit long, lol.

How have you been? Before I knew it, August had already passed. On the calendar, it's already autumn, right? But we're still wrapped in intense sunlight and heat. It's a bit too intense to just call it the lingering heat of summer.
As for me, I've been having somewhat busy days lately. The side job involves outdoor work, so I start working just after dawn and finish up as the sun really starts beating down, then head home. Take a shower, have breakfast, and then start on my main job... that kind of life.
I come home drenched in sweat and create a mountain of laundry almost every day. My washing machine is really working hard. It's the unsung hero of summer appliances.

If you asked me if I had any special, talk-worthy memories from this summer... I'd honestly be at a loss for words.
I didn't go anywhere special, didn't meet up with anyone. The things that stick in my memory are a few days in the hospital for tests, evacuating due to a tsunami warning, and... the trouble with my pre-ordered figure, I guess, lol.

However, there was a big change in the production environment for this activity!
Until now, I've relied on external GPU servers, but there were always small constraints. The delays that happened with every task, the hours spent transferring model data, the pay-as-you-go pricing where I had to watch my usage time, and blah-blah-blah...
It felt like having to get off your bike and push it over a small bump in the road every time you tried to get somewhere. Now, I can complete most tasks within my own environment. It's really all thanks to you all. Thank you so much! Being able to start on something the moment you think of it is really great...

And about that Mika figure I mentioned at the beginning...
I'd literally been looking forward to this figure for a whole year, so I couldn't just ignore it.
I literally looked up to the sky and held my head in my hands, but after contacting Amazon support, I managed to get it sorted so I can purchase it. The support was a bit frustrating, but in the end, I'll be able to get her, so I'll choose to be happy about that.
Yeah, it was a roundabout journey, but just a few more days of patience. I'm hoping she arrives safely. I've learned my lesson, so from now on I'll use specialty figure shops... lol.

Thinking back on it like this, even if there weren't many events out in the wider world, things like setting up a new production environment, starting a side job for things I want to do in the future, and accumulating small experiences and realizations... They might not be flashy, but they might be what you call summer memories.
Come to think of it, when creating or working, there are often moments where I feel like "I'm not making any progress." But looking back later, even the detours and failures stack up as steps on a staircase. Even if they collapse, they remain inside me as experience, and I can rebuild them right away... Maybe that's how climb up, little by little.

This got a bit long... lol.
