彼女の作品を制作するのは2回目だと思います。
後述しますが今回は普段と別のモデルを使用しており、前回も入れようとしたけれどうまくいかずに断念したライブのシーンを入れられたので良かったです。
I think this is the second time I’m creating her works.
As I will mention later, this time I used a different model than usual, and I was able to include a live scene that I tried to incorporate last time but gave up on because it didn’t go well, so I’m glad about that.

余談的なものです。

今回は服装の学習や再現がどうしてもうまくいかず、モデル3.0のαバージョンを使用しました。このモデルはパラメーター数が多く、生成負荷が大きいですが再現度や精度が高いです。賢いけれど燃料をたくさん必要とする……といった感じです。
制作コストの関係でしばらくは適切な作品でのみ使用することになると思います。また枚数も少なめになるかもしれません。
This time, I struggled with learning and reproducing the clothing, so I used the α version of model 3.0. This model has a large number of parameters and a high generation load, but its reproduction and accuracy are high. It’s smart but requires a lot of fuel... that kinda feeling.
Due to production costs, I think it will be used only for appropriate works for the time being. Also, the number of pics might be limited.

私は基本的にベースモデルに大規模な追加学習を行って独自のモデルを作成する方法を使用しているのですが、生成精度が上がったベースモデルが出るたびにパラメーター数が指数関数的に増えていきます。実際に、今回の追加学習に要したGPU時間は高性能なサーバーを使用したうえでおおよそ800時間 (4台×200時間) でした。
正直なところ、これ以上のパラメーター数のモデルを個人で制作するのはかなり難しいと思います……。周りを見る限りモデルを制作しているのはごく一部のようで、多くは企業などが制作した既存のベースモデルやそれをファインチューニングしたモデルを組み合わせるのが主流のようです。
ライセンス周りの関係で私は手を出せていませんが、いずれその問題が解決すれば私もそういったモデルを使用してみるのもいいかもしれません。
Basically, I use a method of creating my own model by performing large-scale additional learning on the base model, but every time a base model with improved generation accuracy comes out, the number of parameters increases exponentially. In fact, the GPU time required for this additional training was approximately 800 hours (4 units × 200 hours) using high-performance servers.
To be honest, I think it’s quite difficult to create a model with more parameters than this on an individual basis... From what I can see, it seems that only a small number of people are creating models, and the mainstream appears to be combining existing base models created by companies or models that have been fine-tuned.
Due to licensing issues, I haven’t been able to get involved, but if that problem is resolved someday, it might be good for me to try using such models as well.

各モデル (特に新しいモデル) のアートスタイルに関して、⭐プラン以上向けの記事で意見を募ることが多かったのですが、来月初旬の投稿にてより多くの意見を参考にできるよう、全体 (未支援のフォローのみを含む) にアートスタイルのアンケートを実施したいと思います。実際に私がずっと悩んでいる問題でもあるからです。
また来月から、リクエスト時にモデルを任意に選択できるようにするかもしれません。ただ、制作の負担が大きくなってしまうのと、活動費の減少や高負荷向けのサーバー費のコストの関係で特定のモデルはあまり多く使えません。時間とコストのバランスで、一定数の作品を抽選で割り振る方法になるかもしれません。
あいまいで申し訳ないのですが、月初までには最善の策を考えてみます。
I often sought opinions on the art styles of each model (especially the new models) in articles aimed at those with a ⭐ plan or higher, but in order to gather more opinions for the post in early next month, I would like to conduct a survey on art styles for everyone (including only unsupported followers) . This is actually a problem I have been struggling with for a long time.
Additionally, starting next month, I may allow the option to choose models at the time of requests. However, due to the increased burden of production and the decrease in activity funds, as well as the costs associated with high-performance servers, I may not be able to use certain models very often. Depending on the balance of time and cost, it may be a method of allocation the models for each works by lottery.
