- 今月のリクエストを募集します！
キャラクターのリクエストを11月10日まで募集します。
今月から新たな要素として背景をリクエストできます。もしあなたが思い描いている素敵な背景があれば一緒に伝えてみてください。実現できるはわかりませんができる限り頑張ってみます。
キャラクターと衣装、背景の要素は同時に2つまで組み合わせてリクエストすることが出来ます (現在は、キャラクター+衣装、もしくはキャラクター+背景) 。ただしデータ同士の組み合わせ相性があるため、キャラクター以外をおまかせにすると一番きれいに作れます笑。私の想像力次第にはなってしまいますが……。
なお、複数のキャラクターや背景を記載された場合は私が独断で選ぶので、迷っている方でも安心してください笑。お気軽にコメントに記載してみてくださいね～。
※リクエストはコミッションではなく、私の技術やスケジュールによって必ずしも投稿される訳ではないことに留意してください。またリクエストが多すぎる場合は抽選になります。投稿は先着順ではありません。

- リクエストの抽選について
ありがたいことにリクエストが増えてきています。これ自体は嬉しいことですが、そろそろリクエストで抽選が発生する可能性があります。
多くの同じ界隈の人たち (AIアーティストというのでしょうか) がしているようにコミッション用のプランを作ることもできますが……。相場は20ドル～30ドルのようです。ただ、正直なところペイウォール (Patreonの支援) にペイウォール (プラン制限) を重ねるのは、私にとってあまり好きな方法ではありません。しかし、プランによって確率が変わらないのは不公平だという声もあるかもしれません。これについてあなたの意見をぜひお聞かせください。

今のところリクエストをリストで管理し、機械的な抽選をして選ぶ方法を考えています。リクエストする方にとってあまり重要ではないかもしれませんが、念のために抽選のルールを明確にしておきます。
※以下でいう"確率"は、ベースの確率を100%と仮定したときにどのくらい影響するかを表す係数です。

- 先着順ではなく、また確率は1人ずつ処理されます
リクエストいただいた順番は考慮しません。また複数のリクエストをしていても当選確率に変化はありません。

- 先月からの継続支援者さんが優先されます
例えば11月に募集するリクエストであれば、11月から支援を開始された方よりも10月以前より継続してご支援いただいている方のリクエストが優先されます。

- 制作の都合上、抽選は複数回行われます
先月11日以降にもらったリクエスト、先月11日以降にもらったリクエスト+1週目のリクエスト、先月11日以降にもらったリクエスト1週目にもらったリクエスト+2周目にもらったリクエストはそれぞれ別の抽選として処理されます。制作にどうしても時間がかかるため、こうした方法をとっています。

- プランごとに係数があります
プランごとに当選確率に影響する係数があります。0%～+25%です。先月の合計支援者さんの人数を参照して変動します。

- 継続支援額で係数があります
0%～+25%です。先月の支援者さんの継続支援額のおおよその中央値を参照して変動します。おおよその中央値の2倍が+25%に設定されます。

- 2月以上抽選が続いた場合、先月の当選者さんの確率は下がります
なるべく多くの方のリクエストを処理できるようにするためです。0%～-25%です。先月の当選者さんの人数を参照して変動します。

あくまで暫定的に決めた値です。今後、実際に運用した上での問題点や皆さんの意見も参考に少しずつ改善していく予定です。管理は少し大変になりますが、なるべく皆さんに楽しんでもらえるような運用を目指して頑張ります。

- コメントやリクエストの遅延
先月もお伝えの通り、私事で申し訳ないのですが、10月～1月の間のみ短期のアルバイトに変更します。11月と12月は10月よりもさらに忙しくなるようです。
今までよりも就業時間が長くなり、その影響でコメントの対応やリクエストの処理が遅くなる可能性があります。でも、なるべく今まで通りにできればと思っています。
なお、投稿に関しては今までと変わらずに続けます。安心してくださいね～。

- モバイル向けのzipファイルの追加
嬉しいニュースがあります！
今まではデスクトップ環境で閲覧されることを前提とした運用をしていましたが、あらゆる環境でも見やすく・扱いやすくなるようにzipファイルの種類を追加します。
新しいモバイル向けのzipファイルは、サイズが小さく、スマートフォンなどを含むあらゆる環境で展開しやすい形式で圧縮されてます。
各zipファイルの名前は以下の通りです。

- デスクトップ向け (従来)
日付 - タイトル(_種類).zip

- モバイル向け
日付 - タイトル(_種類)_LQ.zip

最終的にLQ版では100枚あたり約35MBにまで抑えることが出来ました。もちろん目立つような劣化はありません。技術上の仕様により、8x8のピクセルごとで分割を行い処理が行われるので、ものすご～く拡大するとブロック状のものが見えるかもしれません。
オリジナル版についても無劣化で約3%のファイル容量の削減が出来ました。100枚あたり約250MBです。
なお、LQ版の追加は過去の投稿を含むすべての投稿に適用されます。直近の投稿から対応していくので過去の投稿への対応は少し時間がかかります……。

- 改善したモデルの採用
裏作業でモデルを少しずつ改善しており、11月からは新しいモデルを採用します。パラメータ数を増やしたため、より複雑な構文も柔軟に対応できるようになりました。これはキャラクターの細部を再現するのにも役立つはずです。その反面で少しだけ制御が少し難しくなり、生成に1.2倍ほどの時間がかかるようになりました。
主に作品の幅を広くしたり、学習データ同士の親和性を高めるためのアップデートであり、アートスタイルへの影響はない……はずです。違和感があれば戻すかもしれません。次の投稿でぜひ意見をお聞かせください。

- 詐欺師にご注意……？
自分でも驚いたのですが、私のイラストを転用している作品があります。どうやらpixivのイラストを加工しているようです。電子透かしをしているので比較的簡単に追跡することが出来ました。
彼らはサムネイルなどに他人のイラストを使用し、全く関係のない商品を販売しているようです。
なお私が個人や企業の依頼を受けて、既存もしくは新規のイラスト・モデル・技術などを有償・無償に関わらず提供することはありません。そして今後も決してありません。
あまりに悪質なものは私自身が個別に対応しているので、そういったものを見かけたとしても放置しておいてくださいね～。

- 活動を始めて半年になりました！
活動を始めて半年が経過したようです。文字通り、一年の半分です。皆さん1人1人のサポートがなければ継続できていなかったと思います。本当にありがとうございます！
多少のトラブルもありましたが、継続して活動できているのは本当に素晴らしいことです。今後とも何卒よろしくお願いいたします～。

支援してくださる方が少しずつ増えたり減ったりしているので、またこの文章を載せる頃合いかもしれません。
経済状況などの変化があると思いますので、「今月はちょっと応援してみるよ～」や「今月の予算が厳しいよ～」など、気軽にプランを変えていただいて大丈夫です。もちろん支援が多いと私としては非常に助かるのですが、どうか無理せずにお楽しみください～。

- 余談
ブラックフライデーに自分のお金で液タブを買うつもりだったのですが、6年くらい使用していたスマホが故障したのでもう少し先になりそうです。
私は基本的にパソコンで全てを完結させたいので、スマホのメーカー各社が売りにしているカメラはメモ程度にしか使わず、電話やメール、天気の確認、ブラウジングくらいしか行わないんです笑。ええ、私の価値観だけで判断するのは間違っているというのは分かっていますが、私向けのスマホはないのでしょうか笑。
数日間悩み抜いた末、iPhone SE (3rd Gen) 64GBが私のニーズに一番近いようです。背面にキャンバス機能を搭載しているかわいい白色を選びました。裏側に黒マジックで絵を描いてうおたちオリジナルのiPhoneにするためです。もちろん冗談ですよ……？

- Taking  your requests!
I am accepting character requests until November 10th. Starting this month, as a new feature, you can request background (literally background) as well. If you have a wonderful background, please comment it along with. I can't guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled, but I will do my best to make it happen.
You can request that combine with up to two elements simultaneously (currently, it's either character + outfit or character + background). However, there is a compatibility between the data, so leaving elements other than the character to me will result in the cleanest outcome lol. It depend on my imagination...
Also, if you provide multiple characters or backgrounds, I will choose at my discretion, so even if you're unsure, feel free to comment. Please don't hesitate to include your requests!
*Please note that requests are not commissions. I may not be able to post all of them due to my technical skills and schedule. If there are too many requests, I might need to do a random selection. Posting is not done on a first-come, first-served basis.

- About the lottery for requests
I am grateful that I have been receiving an increasing number of requests. While this is a positive development, there is a possibility that I may need to introduce a lottery system for requests in the near future. Like many people engaged in activities similar to mine (called AI artists?), I could create commission plan... The market seems to be in the range of $20 to $30. But to be honest, I don't favor the idea of combination paywall × paywall (both Patreon support and plan restrictions). However, some might argue that it's unfair if the probability of selection remains the same for all requests. I would appreciate your opinion on this matter.

For now, I am considering managing requests on a list, and conducting a random selection, as lottery. While this may not be very important to those making requests, I'll make the rules for the lottery system clear, just to be on the safe side.
The term "probability" in below sentenc represents a coefficient that indicates how much influence it has when assuming the base probability to be 100%.

- It's not based on a first-come, first-served basis, and probabilities are processed one person at a time
The order in which requests are received is not taken into consideration, and making multiple requests does not change your chances of winning.

- Priority is given to supporters who have been contributing since the previous month
For example, for requests in November, priority will be given to requests from individuals who have been providing ongoing support since the previous month or earlier, rather than those who started support from November.

- Due to production constraints, the lottery will be conducted multiple times
Requests received after the 11th of the previous month, requests received after the 11th of the previous month plus requests from the 1st week, and requests received after the 11th of the previous month plus requests from the 1st week plus requests from the 2nd week will be treated as separate lotteries. This is done because production takes a considerable amount of time.

- There are coefficients based on each plan
These coefficients affect the probability of winning and range from 0% to +25%. They are based on the total number of supporters from the previous month.

- There are coefficients based on the amount of continuous support
These coefficients range from 0% to +25% and are based on the approximate median of the support amounts from the previous month.

- If the lottery continues for two or more months, the probability of previous month's winners decreases
This is to ensure that as many requests as possible can be processed. The decrease ranges from 0% to -25% and is based on the number of previous month's winners.

These values are provisional and subject to change as I gather feedback and identify any issues during actual operation. While management may be a bit challenging, I am committed to making the operation as enjoyable as possible for you. I will strive to improve the process based on your feedback and experiences.

- Delay in comments and requests (probably)
I apologize for the personal matter, but I will be changing a work only October - January. It seems that November and December will be even busier than October.
The working hours will be longer than before, which may potentially slow down my responses to comments and handling of requests.
I will continue posting as usual, so please feel at ease~.

- Adding a zip file for mobile devices
I have exciting news!
I used to operate with the assumption that our content would be primarily viewed in a desktop environment. However, I am now adding new zip file formats to make it easier to view and handle our content in all types of environments.
The new mobile-friendly zip files are compressed in a way that is easy to unpack on various devices, including smartphones, and they come in a smaller size. Here are the names of each zip file format:

- Desktop version (traditional)
Date - Title(_Type).zip

- Mobile version
Date - Title(_Type)_LQ.zip

For the LQ version, I was able to reduce the file size to approximately 35MB per 100 images without any noticeable degradation. Due to technical specifications, the processing is done by dividing the content into 8x8 pixel blocks, which may result in blocky artifacts when supeeeer zoomed in.
Even for the original version, I achieved a reduction of about 3% in file size without any loss in quality, with approximately 250MB per 100 images.
It's worth noting that the addition of the LQ version will apply to all previous posts, and I will start implementing this change from the most recent posts, so it may take some time to cover past content.

- Adoption of the Improved Model
I have been gradually improving the model behind the scenes, and starting in November, I will be adopting a new model. By increasing the number of parameters, I have made it more capable of handling more complex syntax, which should also help in reproducing finer details of characters. However, this has made control a little bit more challenging, and the generation now takes about 1.2 times longer.
This update primarily aims to broaden the scope of my creations and enhance the compatibility between the training data, with no expected impact on the art style. If there are any issues, I may consider reverting the changes. Please share your opinions in the next post.

- Be cautious of scam...?
I was quite surprised to find that some of my illusts are being used without permission. It appears that they are modifying illusts from my pixiv. Since I added digital watermark, it was relatively easy to track down.
They are using other's illusts in their thumbnails and selling completely unrelated products.
I would like to clarify that I do not provide existing or new illusts, models, or techniques, whether paid or unpaid, for personal or corporate use. This will NEVER change in the future.
For particularly malicious cases, I handle them individually myself. So, if you come across such instances, please feel free to ignore them.

- I have been doing activity for six months!
It is half a year has passed since I started. Yeah, literally, it’s HALF A YEAR. I believe that I wouldn't have been able to continue without the support of each and every one of you. Thank you so much~!
I have had some minor troubles, but it's truly wonderful that I can continue this activity.

- About support
The number of supporters has been gradually fluctuating, so it might be time to post this message again.
I understand that everyone might experience changes in their financial situation and other circumstances. So, whether it's "I'll give a little support this month more than usual!" or "My budget is tight this month~" feel free to change your plan without any hesitation. Of course, I really appreciate substantial support, but please enjoy yourself without putting yourself under too much strain~.
By the way, as of October 31st when I started writing this post, there is one person who has been supporting me continuously since May, three people who have been supporting me continuously since June, and five people who have been supporting me continuously since July. All your support is truly invaluable as I continue my activities. Thank you so much~.
As soon as the environment and preparations are ready, I plan to add content to the higher-tier plans in the future, so I hope you will continue to enjoy it in the coming days.

I was planning to buy a graphics tablet with my own money on coming the Black Friday, but my smartphone, which I have been using for about six years, recently broke down, so it looks like I'll have to wait a little longer. I generally want to do everything on my computer, so I only use smartphone for basic tasks like making calls, sending emails, checking the weather, and browsing the internet lol. Yes, I understand that judging based on my values alone might be wrong, but is there a smartphone that suits my needs lol?
After pondering for a few days, it seems that the iPhone SE (3rd Gen) 64GB is the closest match to my needs. I chose the cute white one with a canvas feature on the back. I'll draw some artwork with black magic on the back to make it my very own original iPhone. Of course, I am just joking lol.
