The source of Skal's new fake tits is one Graftlord Ratchitt, a timid and somewhat-weak Master Moulder who relies heavily on Skal's good graces for safety and comfort. He has his definite qualities though, and Skal keeps him around for more than just his surgical skills~
Also the bridge of his nose is reinforced with stolen gromril, which means that Skal doesn't have to hold back when he sits on Ratchitt's face.
