It's caffeine withdrawl. What happens is when you start to wean yourself off of drinks or stuff with caffine in it, your body reacts negatively and for a day or two, you get splitting headaches. Drink plenty of water and don't keep your face in electronics too much in the meantime. I did a withdrawl from caffeine, but afterwards you feel GREAT.
