The Gotham City's Sirens, three of Gotham's most popular women, struggle to work together due to their history. Poison Ivy decides to do her best to shore up camaraderie by using her friends as test subjects on a new plant designed to capture the criminals they hunt. Harley Quinn is all in for it. Catwoman is "convinced" to do so.
