Change in Tiers

We've melded the Urban Legend and Ghost Story tier into one and then gave Rumors access to most of the early content you guys will get to see in the future! The old Urban legend tiers and Ghost story tiers have been unpublished so you don't have to change to the new tiers, but the adjusted price middle tier is now available for those who want to make the jump up, or down in price!
