Silph update (final... probably)

I do have a second (technically adult) pic I mostly finished yesterday; but there's a lot of areas I need to put more work into first... and maybe thing of a bg for. So for now, have a fat water dragon :3
edit- okay, now this is the final. since it was an edit, I didn't wan to just post a new version; so will keep the old ones as alts
