So I made this cute latex cape for my shoot - Thought I would post this for the people who are interested and like to see more progress:)
Started off by making a half pattern so I can flip it over on the latex to make symmetrical. A total of eight points, I used a pattern master to help me curve out the points. You can also use a bowl.

I decided to add a seam in the middle, has it might help laying flat on the back.

Added the collar in which is 3" wide, I wanted it wider to cover the neck.

I used cotton tape to add three buttons to fasten the neck. I didn't have yellow tape which you can't notice to must but it's nice to find a match to your latex. I covered one side of tape with copydex, left that to dry and apply latex glue.

Now ready to add buttons, I use a light hammered to attach these by Prym.

I think a long cape would look cool in the future! A quick and easy tutorial, I will post more.
