October 2019 Update

Howdy! I just wanted to make a general update to keep everyone informed on a few things regarding the PST channel since it’s been a while and there are a few little things I wanna run through you guys.

First off, I’ve been thinking of trying out a new release schedule and I landed on the idea of trying releasing on Sundays at 1 PM EST. There are a few reasons why I’m considering this change:

It gives me more time to schedule recordings, edit, and get everything ready for the podcast. That’s mostly because of how I build my work schedule for the week.
Sunday uploads for the podcast are by far the best for views, YouTube recommendations, and are more beneficial to the channel overall (+134% from Friday uploads from what I’ve seen).

This change isn’t final since I still want to experiment with what are the best times for me, the channel and you guys but it’s what I’m going to stick with for a bit to see how it pans out.

Second off, I’ve been asked a lot about when the new merch will come and after looking around for potential manufacturers and e-commerce platforms I’ve found a promising one that suits most of our needs. I ordered some samples and am planning to have the online store reopen in mid-November with shirts and stickers from both a permanent and limited edition line if the quality meets our standard.

That’s it for the short update. The next episode will be some pretty deep forgotten PST lore that we thought we lost but somehow uncovered again. It’s been referenced in the past on some episodes but now it’s finally going to see the light of day. Stay tuned y’all.
