Update 05/2020

Hello folks,

I hope all of you are healthy and I wish you, your families and your friends all the best from my side: stay safe in these turbulent times!

It's been quite a while since I last wrote an update. Nevertheless, I've been a busy bee. I used my vacations in April to upgrade all Tiers in lieu with a previous goal I hadn't managed to implement due to RL. I know that the goal for 250 Patrons (new tier at 15$) is still not done yet, and will work on it as soon as I can. :-)

I was happy to see that we've reached the 300 Patrons goal. Its effect is: No split chapters for web novels, and an increased chunk size for the public releases of Hachinan tte, sore wa nai deshou! Especially for The Spearmaster and the Black Cat this means a stable 4 chapters per month, no matter how long the respective chapters might be effectively boosting the release speed compared to until now, and likewise we'll get much faster through the partially long Hachinan chapters. This effect will last as long as the number of Patrons stays above 300.

Please note that the next goal at 350 Patrons (+10% aka 385 Patrons) will host a vote for an additional weekly release of one of the current series. You can read the goal specifications in regards to the participation in the vote itself. :-)

As some of you may know, I'm a full-time working salaryman. This naturally limits how much I can translate per week. Thanks to your overwhelming support and catering to my own wish to provide you with even more content as well as guarantee a reliable release rate of already existing content, I have decided to take a risk and switch to part-time starting with July (already set in motion).

I will have to see how much more time this will actually gain me, but I do plan to work on some things that have been left alone because of my limited time such as re-translating chapter 1-73 of Spearmaster and finally wrapping up Summoned Slaughterer for good. Look forward to it!
