There is one Loss, one Balthazar and one crewmate. Bonus panels don't count.

1: This week's crewmate is hidden in the mountain in the background of the fourth panel. Good catch, Calvin Barbanell!
2: Klawf is visible confused by Toedscruel's sudden appearance in the fourth panel and is wondering if it's a ninja or something, as mentioned by C2123.
3: Arven uses a Quick Ball to catch Sonic in the fifth panel. This is a reference to the recent Quick Ball discourse that was going on on Twitter, though I admittedly haven't followed it very closely. In any case, good eye, The Negotiator.
4: Arven is wearing two buttons on his backpack that say ジョ, translating to JoJo.
5: There's a Skiddo watching at Arven and Sonic fighting and quickly Skiddo-ing away because it doens't want to be part of the drama, Fighting Master.
6: Toadscruel is holding several chili dogs in the final panel, making use of his multiple arms.
7: Sonic and Arven are using "Balta Buns" to make their chili dogs. This is, of course, a reference to Balthazar/Baltabun. There's even a little imagine of him on the label. Found by Cameron Devera.
8: Garganacl is cracking a tiny smile in the final panel. Guess he likes seeing his master make friends.
9: Yes, the mustard jar says "Col. Mustard", which is indeed a reference to the board game Clue, Strengthening Weakener.
10: In the final panel, Greedent put a chili dog in his tail, because that's what Greedents do! Good catch, Lord Circe.
11: This week's loss is visible on the white diamond shapes on Garganacl in the final panel. Nicely spotted, Spirit of Gotham!
12: After forgetting him last week, Alolan Exeggutor makes a new appearance in the background of the final panel, as pointed out by Generic Hero!
