There is ONE Loss, ONE Balthazar, ONE crewmate and NO JoJo reference. Bonus panels don't count.

1: Kazuya has apparently been developing in a father figure for multiple small fighters, as we can see in the first panel. Not only Plant is chilling with him, but Squirtle and Kirby as well.
2: He's also reading a Tekken lore book. Probably interested in how he's described in it, Margot Harris.
3: Well, he's not in a pattern on the table, but Balthazar is scribbled on a piece of paper in the first panel, Lord Circe!
4: Yeah, we thought it would be nice to differentiate Isabelle 1 and Isabelle 2 by making them wear different outfits that are actually in the game. So Isabelle 2 is now wearing her winter clothes, Deuce Ray!
5: I still don't know who MatPat is, or that he has anything to do with the "game theory" memes, but I'm glad you noticed the little reference on the purple book in the first panel, Tomathius!
6: And yes, there's also a little crewmate on the same cover, as pointed out by Tejayes.
7: Among the books are also Mega Man and Kirby lore books. Found by Daniel Myhre.
9: Isabelle is reading an actual Minecraft guidebook you can buy in real life. But I didn't know it was a specific guide on construction, A Sad Fat Dragon with No Friends!
10: Haha yeah, I think it's a bit exeggarated but you could definitely fill a book with Xenoblade lore. You're right though Trigger, Isabelle is reading part 1 of 294 in a series of books of Xenoblade lore.
11: Good eye Luke! There's indeed a page about loss.jpg on the stack of papers to the right on Isabelle's table.
12: Simon and Bayonetta are sneakily holding hands throughout the comic, until the big reveal. Good catch, John Leonard!
13: And yes, Richter is very sus about Simon and Bayonetta, just like the comic before this one. And apparently rightly so, Michael Ederer.
14: Yep, that one burning Chibi Robo picture that Nintendo once tweeted makes an appearance in the background in multiple frames, Carlos Mendez.
15: There's a little Creeper visible in Isabelle's Minecraft guide in the fifth panel. Good eyes, happy pasta!
16: Pikachu chimes in on the argument with his own name. I guess we'll never know what he was saying, Carrick RaccoonBro Inabnett.
17: Correct Cameron Devera, to keep this comic child-friendly I covered Richters "fucking" with a little bat. Oops, now I wrote it uncensored after all.
