I think many of us were expecting a cats and dogs level modpocolypse today but I'm glad to say that the damage was much smaller than we could have anticipated. This is the first hotpatch for Island living but be warned:
WW still hasn't updated yet so even though I found it playable today during my testing there still could be some potentially critical bugs lurking, so if you update to play the mod today then please make sure to save your old save file onto a new save and keep the old save as a backup.
But I do want to emphasize, WW has been extremely playable during all my testing today, basemental drugs will need a patch if you haven't gotten it already from Basemental, however if you don't want to wait then just removing Basemental drugs and not using my Basemental related features until the public Basemental patch is released should be fine.
But not all is smooth, WW throws some errors related to sex paraphernalia (such as condoms) at the start of the game. During my play testing, ignoring these errors didn't cause me any problems but WW condoms may not work. However my 'special' condoms do!
Again, everything has been very playable for me but I highly, highly suggest you save to a new save instead of overwriting your old one just to be perfectly safe. I'm pretty familiar with the massive mod that is WW but not so familiar that I can guarantee that there isn't some nasty bug hiding under the surface. We also aren't fully out of the woods yet, the expansion day patch may still break things yet again although the chances are much lower, so if you want to be absolutely safe then I suggest waiting to turn on game updates and updating your mods until after the expansion is released.

Working now.....Turbo's Download comes with a Wickedwhimsmod Folder and when you use the auto installer it creates another Wickedwhimsmod Folder.The one to Delete is the one that comes with the Download.

Mismatch of versions between the Nisa's Wicked Perversions mod and WickedWhims mod will cause severe issues. Make sure the WP mod supports the WickedWhims mod you're using. This is just a warning.

2019-06-21 03:23:20 +0000 UTCHey Karl, I'm sorry for the confusion. Typically when a Expansion is coming out there will be something called a 'pre-patch.' Usually, but not always, it's the 'pre-patch' that breaks mods the worst. That is what was released. Then when the expansion actually releases it will come with more of the expansion data + a release day patch. Let me know if you have any further questions!
