I couldn't find any way to layout the geo in order to fill the hole, but I am going to record myself making some further adjustments... which I'll make available here only.

2024-06-19 08:12:00 +0000 UTCI hadn't known about Tissue before. I don't know of any other addon that hosts its own modifiers. I wonder if the problem with the hole can be solved within Tissue.
