VNGE v42.8 release

Due to I cannot contact Keitaro, the author of VNGE, for a long time, I decided to maintain and release a new version of VNGE by myself.

new features:

This data can be recorded and accessed by tools such as SSS/VNSS/VNAnime.

The recorded data is as shown in the figure (additional corrections added by plugins cannot be recorded).

To record the data of these plugins with SSS/VNSS/VNAnime, you need to set the corresponding switches in VNActor setting (or in vnactor.ini).

The recorded data is as shown in the figure, slightly depending on the game.

You can find the Enable checkbox in the upper right corner of the object's keyframe detailed setting page.

For example, in debugging, you can temporarily disable the keyframes of the camera for better control of the field of view.

Update mode tell clip when to update. Clip v2 supports following 3 update modes:

- auto mode: Update when the values of the current and subsequent keyframes change (previous default mode of clip v2).

- diff mode: Update when the value of the frame is different from the current value of the object (the update mode of clip v1).

- force mode: Force update, regardless of whether the frame value changed or not, and regardless of the current value of the object.

The default update mode can be modified in the settings, and only affects objects added after the modification. And in object keyframe detail setting, each property can specify a specific update mode.

In VNPHY, now collider created on basic shapes (like sphere and cube) and character will not collision with collider of map and UI, so some simple physical effects can run normally. But note that some items (like sofa, chairs) belong to the map layer, and if you create collider on them, they cannot interactor with characters.

- Added APIs to get GameObject, Transform, and dicKey for Actor and Prop in vnactor, added APIs to get and set global position and rotation, and added APIs to set local position, rotation, and scale. These APIs are valid for all characters and items in all games.

- Added APIs to set oci camera based on dickey in vnactor. These APIs are valid for games with oci cameras (KK/KKS/AI/HS2).

- Added SetPrivate function in extplugins, added MaterialEditor APIs, and extended UI show/hide APIs for some plugins.
