[NEW TOOL] ScenePlayer v1.0 release

This tool is not for creater, but for player. It was developed based on my experience gained from viewing thousands of studio scenes. It can help you quickly browse scene files, correct minor errors, randomize the character and maximize the potential of the scene.
But it is not a simple tool. In order to make good use of this tool, I wrote a long operation manual, start from how to install it and setup shortcut.

V1.0 works on KK, KKS, AI and HS2!! PH and HS1 are not supported!
