Stuck in AI seinen manga hell :(
Added 2025-03-30 15:30:06 +0000 UTCWell it is sunday and I come empty handed and that means things didn't go perfect. And the only one to blame for that is myself :(.
But I am innocent :D. You know of my shiny object syndrome...I was making so good progress until thursday, everything looked perfect for the sunday release...and then my fuckface stumbled across this new AI trend (some might have seen it) where popular pictures and memes were turned into ghibli ai art.
Now I am not a fan of ghibli (or AI art for that matter), but seinen manga is right down my alley. one of my alltime fav femdom artwork is from anmo night (some might be familiar)...so I thought maybe my dream of making a "drawn" adult manga game comes closer...
And while this fkn AI doesn't let me do shit once things get even remotely adult you can't deny the results of my characters that i feed the AI who turns them into seinen manga style in a matter of minutes.
Everything about this feels wrong. It is AI, which I don't like because it is not art, it is inconsistent, which means I cannot really use it (yet...?), it restricts adult content...which...well, you know, fk that shit (i actually heard that with the AI Stable Diffusion it might be possible to get that adult art)!
But I cannot help it...I can't help it but relentlessly feeding that AI my Shadow over Blackmore scenes and watch it turn into drawn manga. I am so obsessed by the thought of having my own game in this artstyle right now, or even just a comic...or an animated femdom episode! I kind of justify it with it being just a better photoshop filter and it is still my original art...but well, that is not really true, is it? I don't know. Might just be to justify that I fkn love how easy it is to turn my 3d renders into that!
Yes, you know the place... ;)
I am aware that this post has no structure, maybe that shows how confused I am right now...the angel on my shoulder tells me to ditch this, the devil tells me to dig deeper...
Long story short, this was a huge distraction and it still is, so I promise you that I will finish the Femdom City episode coming week no matter what! We aim for friday, at latest you will get it on sunday! Guaraaaanteeed!

But after that I really got to figure out where I draw the line on this AI stuff. If this lets me turn my f**ked up femdom fantasies into epic seinen manga, I might not be able to resist :D
Let me know where you stand on this, really interested to hear your thoughts! You might have a better perspective since you support the creators and especially me who is known for 3d render art only! so lmk
Stay kinky!

thx, i agree with almost all you said. still a bit hesitant about the ai art being art part, though...but what you said about the ai stealing makes sense and i myself looked at a lot of femdom and 3dart before and still do to this day to get inspired. the engine i used for this is the new up to date Sora AI from chatgpt. it is great but like i said, if it sees a nipple it won't generate images. i really want to try stable diffusion because that one is said to have no limits

Please do finish you have in motion, though. Otherwise, you will spread yourself thin, and never finish anything. - AI is just a tool, and it's improving. You can do crap quality and top quality too. - I'd argue with the statement that AI generated imagery is not art just because it's AI. Most people claimed that photography is not art as it's just a machine capturing what's already there. Then they claimed things generated with graphical tools (e.g. Photoshop) is not art, as you are not using a brush/pencil etc, and have effects etc. Then they claimed that anything done with rendering is not art etc. This always happens when a new technology appears, but in the end they are all just tools, that you can use to generate mediocre, and find ways to generate art. So, the "AI is nor art" is a wrong statement. Instead, ask the question whether the product and how it was generated is art or not. Just my tuppence. - AI stealing: This is also more complex than the current media hype and artist protests lead you to believe. When someone attends an art school, or becomes an apprentice to an artist, they learn their styles, and then start producing new are based on that. Could be very similar, or something new. We never claim that these new artists are "stealing", and nobody every asked them to pay a percentage on their arts to all those they ever used to develop their own style. Nobody every paid a penny to those they used to learn. So suddenly calling the same stealing and demanding all that payment is hypocrisy. Now, I said "more complex", and I'm not claiming that there is no basis in any circumstance where a demand would be justified. Question: If you are willing to share: What tool or model did you use for these experiments?
