Bodysuit 23 #830

Kinda crammed a lot on this page. Wound up needing to rearrange some of the dialogue so as to make it flow better. In other news, I'm really leaning on keeping Bodysuit 23 one update a week. It sucks ass in terms of getting through these long ass chapters I've been doing, but not rushing to get pages done I feel have been very beneficial. I can take my time experimenting and scrapping things if need be without the feeling of absolute dread of falling behind. Spend more time cleaning things up and adding an extra spit of polish. And most importantly: lower stress and a significantly better mental health since slowing down. I'm not mentally tapped out all the damn time and will spend time sketching more and studying more. I've got time in the evenings to lay on the hammock and enjoy my evenings. No rushing to get hours and hours of shit done on Sunday night because I laid in bed all day so as to procrastinate on work and thus sleep the vast majority of my weekend. I know this isn't something y'all wanna hear, but keeping this slower pace is something I really need after nearly killing myself for a year. Course I won't say it will stay as one update a week FOREVER, but for the foreseeable future it will be. Maybe if my financial situation suddenly improves dramatically I'll hire an assistant to help work on it so I can produce more pages a week. I'd love to offshore coloring onto someone else's lap! God knows how much I hate coloring! Anywho! Health update! Had my televisit with my PCP and the bloodwork and tests results came back saying I'm super duper healthy! So hooray for that! And this past Monday I went to the heart specialist to get checked there and they looked at the tests and went "Ya, there's nothing here." Since lowering my dosage of spironolactone has been helping with my issues, 3 out of 3 doctors think it was just that causing the issue! The heart specialist didn't even charge me for the visit since there wasn't anything really to go over! Woo! In other news: Kat's featured in the staff picks over on MangaDex as of this moment! Since I post Kat to NamiComi the guys at MangaDex made a page for it to link back to NamiComi's page for people to read! People are poo pooing on it, of course, but it's getting a whole bunch of new people checking out my stuff who may have never heard of me before! So that's great! AND I hit the follower threshold on NamiComi to start getting creators rewards, so views of Kat there will earn me some extra money! Woo! Things are definitely looking up!
