Nothing like getting medical bills for amounts that you're never told up front. That procedure I had to pay $600 up front suddenly needs an additional $550. Sure do love the US medical/insurance system! Someone on the discord chat mentioned that you could send an e-check instead of an actual check, so I looked into it. After I filled everything out, it gave me the "Here's the best match for the place you were looking for to send the check!" And it put in a different PO box and zip code than the one I entered. Not entirely confident with the address they're giving me, I'm opting to mail the check physically because last thing I want is $550 floating around or going to someone it's not supposed to go to, and then have to pay more on top of that. Thankfully I have one last check from the time I went to the bank to get a sheet of them awhile back. And I have envelopes and stamps from the last time I had to mail in a check! Hell, I've got two books of stamps even because I forgot I bought one the first time and had only used one! The hell am I suppose to do with all these stamps now? Get custom postcards of dickbutt and mail them out to random people anonymously? Actually that would be pretty amusing.
