Strawberry 1.2.11

Fixed playlist songs sometimes not updated with new cover, context album cover showing even when it's disabled in the setting, crash when dragging songs to a closed playlist.

I've also added experimental support for native Windows ARM64, the setup is untested, I can send for testing on request.
