Summary of August

Oh my, this year continues to be crazy, but in a good way!

I started the month of August in Polish mountains, hiking with my best friend and making plans for a new year of my life. (Plans are made, the path is clear and I know the next steps, so it all feels pretty good)

After the Polish mountains, I had a week of time with my mom, who visited me at my home, brought a ton of birthday presents and helped me to tailor half of the clothes in my closet. Thank you mom, you are the best!

Then finally it was time to leave Poland and the last day before the flight I graduated from the driving school, which means next time I am in Poland I can apply for the driving license test.

Mid-August I was in London, very briefly, just 3 days, but I had some time to catch up with old friends and some beloved photographers at some beloved locations. Amazing time, barely any rest, but it was worth it!

From London I went to NYC, my 2nd home, and had my wonderful "normal New York life" with a little bit of work, a little bit of rest, a lot of friends and some paperwork.

Biggest news of my NYC stay is that I passed my road test and now officially I am a licensed driver in USA. It was fun to practice driving on the streets of Brooklyn with my friends.

Also I got myself a gym membership in the States, very happy about it!

And my the end of August I went to Martha's Vineyard where I celebrated the end of summer season (for eastern europeans the summer ends when August ends)

Hobby of the month: climbing, was able to go 4 times to the climbing gyms on two different continents
