Update 09/13 - YouTube Restricted Mode, Video Archive and Audiolog THIS month?!?!

It's time for your Ogre Poppenang Production Preport!

Actually no, strike that, I didn't like Loom.
It's me, Earndil, reporting once again on the goings-on of the dreaded ogre pits.

To start off, we have created and are building an archive of all our videos here on Patreon, downloadable by anyone. We're still uploading videos, but currently, most of our content since 2021 is up.
In addition we have now uploaded MP3s of all currently released Norfolk Wizard Game Chapters, as well as all Hunter: The Parenting Audiologs.

Given how YouTube is causing us even more trouble than it already has, with both the revelation of Restricted Mode and the new evil censorship laws exploding onto the scene...
We are fearful that our stuff in particular will be unable to make it in the algorithm, not be able to reach new people.

So, we're now highly reconsidering our stance on uploading to other platforms.
Given how adsense is likely to fall off quite significantly, we feel it might just be worth it to upload more broadly, and make our content accessible on a multitude of places.
The start to this has, as you can note, uploading our stuff here.
You can expect to see our videos uploaded natively here on Patreon going into the future.

Given both this enforced self-competition between platforms, the creeping adsense disaster and the ridiculous fall of the dollar's value since last year, we need to rely all the more on the people who are already here, already excited about our evil creations, and who genuinely, GENUINELY, make this all possible in the first place.

We would ask for help in regards to helping buouy our production once again, in whatever way you see fair and feasible.
I cannot stress this enough; your support is integral to the point where we could even survive YouTube going the next full step and removing our channel (as harrowing and hopefully unlikely as that would be), provided you still want to see more of our dire creations.

We've got some tastier news on the actual production front for you as well, let us get on with it!

CHAPTER 5.2: Werewolf Lore

It's looking like a standard set of updates this time, folks, but I am extremely pleased to report that we are hurtling RAPIDLY towards completion of the Werewolf Audiolog you heard a snippet of two weeks ago!

Audiowork has all but wrapped, save for some missing voicelines, and sfx, but that's small potates.

What is REALLY fascinating, is that we've managed to rapidly carve out significant portions of the visual composition as well!
Which is surprising as all get-out since it's a touch more complex than our usual Visual Novel work, lots more moving parts.

The creation process for this two hour long Audiolog has gone faster than ever, now that we're FINALLY through that stupid scripting bottleneck we complained about for the last many months. Things are finally, really, TRULY picking up, and it actually feels mindblowing. I mean that. Its insane how fast things have gone since we actually got through that bottleneck. I am very excited to see what this will mean for the next few Audiologs we make, ones that are significantly shorter and sweeter.

All this to say, we're looking at a release for the Werewolf Audiodrama sometime this month! Hope you're all ready- Ah FUCK that means I've got to do credits again, nevermind cancel the whole thing.

But in all seriousness this is good news, since it means you lot get over 2 hours of dedicated werewolf and Philippines audio goodness to take in this month.
Hope you're ready for that!

As for other projects, our panel drawing for H:TP Chapter 6 is continuing, with steady progress being made.
In the interim we shall continue working on the audiodramas that shall come inbetween then and now, hopefully with much more dedicated pace since we're not mired in Scriptwork Hell as we were a few months ago.
