It is its own story with its own creative decisions. Its own animation style. Its own voice acting, its own characterization. GW barely provided anything. The Stellaris video really showcases how Alfabusa's team has their own thing that while referencing 40k has grown well beyond it and isn't dependent on it.

I have been a follower of TTS since episode 20. I have watched the episodes more times than I can count, including complete series viewings every three months or so. I hadn't been a patron because everybody seemed to be comfortable, and I was willing to wait for the new content. But with this, I have realized how much the communities I love need more than just views to support them, and I find myself in a position now where I can make those sorts of contributions. Hell, I spent $400 on a Belisarius Cawl figure and paints, plus a Mechanicus codex and The Great Work, solely on the presentation in Custodian Hustle. I had been planning on buying a Mechanicus army once things started opening up, a plan that is now on the same indefinite hiatus as the TTS project, and for the same reason. I need to be confident that the entities that I support have the same commitment to me and my community as I do to them. Thank you for all of your work, and I look forward to your next projects.

I’ve only been a GW fan for about a year now, but the ONLY reason that I ever heard about it was from the ASTARTES video and have a lot of gratitude and reasons to love the hobby now ONLY thanks to fan-made content. Within this year I have spent MANY THOUSANDS of dollars going straight to GW. An example of this is about almost three complete 40k 2000pt lists with another two 2000pt lists in sigmar, buying the White Dwarf every month, buying almost the ENTIRE standard and contrast line of citadels paints, etc. I was going to buy Warhammer+ but now I’m not so keen to do so, and sadly am also 100% willing to arrest ALL future purchases to GW if this kind kf extremely selfish and self-centered behavior continues to go on. I have only watched the first season of your content but hope to binge watch as much as I can while I can because I know I am going to love it. I decided to donate because of watching Majorkills videos suggesting people also continue to or start to contribute to your Patreon. It is something I I can definitely get down with, and I hope you understand when I decide to donate to Patreon it is because I am showing respect for thre creator only, and not because of an expectation of future content. I hope you do not feel the pressure to do any note above and beyond what you already do; or even if you need to take it easy and take a little rest or holiday for a while. Honestly you derserve it. I've been following this series for a few years by now and it is one of the best written series on the internet. Every Episode had some kind of eastereggs that you only get when you watch them twice or more. The characters grew but yet stayed consistent in what they were. Magnus is a massive nerd close to being that guy, not what GW pushed. Caldo Drago is a massive meme, not what GW pushed. Shoot, people make models based off of your version of the custodies.
