Google got your back, the whole thing was a crap, not just article 13, it is google and hosting services taht felt targeted by article 13, taht launch the cmapaign aginst article 13, it is not like they care about you anus tho, if they did they would have opposed teh whomle thing not just article 13. But i think they won't really bother with article 13.

Incompetent &amp; corrupt policing =/= a lack of infrastructure. The scenario in your example should be that the cops can't be deployed because they don't have transport, force multiplication or even an internal hierarchy despite their nebulous authority to enforce the law, just like Europe and South America.

As Busa stated his own nations politicians all voted against it. So it could very well be that while it is a law Sweden will do fuck and all to enforce it. Much like marijuana laws in the United States, which you are supposed to have charges pressed against you by the state and a misdemeanor at the very least put on your criminal record. Meanwhile depending on the city the cop might turn off their body camera and ask for you to "pass it off on the left hand side", or pull the long gun from their PC and instruct you to lay prone very loudly and wait for another officer to show up as backup for a "drug bust". Hopefully Sweden shows it still has a pair and gives the finger to the EU on this stupid law.
