Honest Government Ad | Canada Election 2025

This one is for our friends in Canada who are having a pretty rough time leading into their next election.

I wasn't planning to make a video about Canada's election - which will take place on April 28, just a few days before ours here in Australia (May 3). But I received a call for help from a Toronto-based satirist telling me Canadians are genuinely worried about the shitshow south of their border, not to mention Trump's threat to annex them as the 51st state. And they don't even have preferential voting!

So Aaron from The Goose Media and I teamed up again to write a quick HGA for Canada. As you know, I love these collaborations across borders, and it's a great chance to learn from each other's shitfuckery - in this case, Canada desperately needs electoral reform (as does the US and UK for that matter) - which is why we decided to make this the call to action.

If you have friends in Canada who aren't too polite, please share the video with them; and if you happen to live in Canada check out fairvote.ca to join the movement for electoral reform.
