More like, where you can listen to me this Saturday/Sunday. If you care to.
FIRST, I'll be joining some folks (and their avatars, iirc) on Twitch to talk about this, that and The Eltingville Club:
VTuber Comic Club -- Saturday at 5pm Eastern https://twitch.tv/eggch
THEN, at 3 a.m. EST, I will be a live in-studio guest on my friend DJ Fox's show on WFMU. We'll be talking about old time (and more recent) horror/weird radio shows, and I think the plan is that I'm going to pick a couple of things to play during the three-hour shift. I'm leaning towards a Quiet, Please episode and maybe a Witch's Tale. But I don't know. Maybe two short story adaptations. maybe one good show and one Ed Wood-like terrible show (Although Fox played "Spawn of the Subhuman" from Dark Fantasy last week and it doesn't get any dumber than that one -- mad scientist transplants opera singer's vocal chords to a gorilla, who he also taught how to speak and pilot a plane. Oy gevalt, it's so terribly amazing). But if you're up late, or somewhere where the time difference means you're up and about, feel free to listen in. It's not the wee hours, it's the whee hours!
I'm dreading the trip home after 6 a.m. (two trains, a ferry and a bus) but I think it will be fun. And the show will be archived so folks can listen in any time afterward.
WFMU can be found and listened to online at: https://wfmu.org
DJ Fox's show playlists can be found here: https://www.wfmu.org/playlists/WF
The WTFness that is Spawn of the Subhuman (Dark Fantasy, 1942) can be heard here: https://archive.org/details/DarkFantasy420227SpawnOfTheSubHuman
FYI: WFMU is currently holding their October Hellraiser, which is a silent fundraiser that helps them get through the end of the year when money gets tight. So, if you're a regular listener or enjoy the show this Sunday, consider tossing the station a fiver or whatever.
