Experiment #106
Added 2023-08-24 23:35:22 +0000 UTCStarted a few weeks ago, finished by making the last marks with a soft Tombow bush pen, while trying to keep the wrist relaxed. Didn't hurt that bad! Slow and steady might be the way I'll have to go if I want to get any work done before whatever happens with my hand.
Kind of came out like a fungal Beholder. Well, maybe just in the mouth. I like it how it came out.
If you're new to the Patreon, the "experiment" art posts are index card drawings done with no or minimal penciling, and usually little to no planning. It's an exercise to get me to loosen up and draw without anxiety, and the end result will hopefully be a horror comic based on the imagery. Some of the images have spawned related images as some motifs and potential plot points fall into place (or some semblance of falling into place), but in general they're a an ongoing series of weird drawings done on index cards.
